"Excellent oceanfront room; we loved the pool, the beach, and some of the à la carte restaurants. The service from everyone was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We believe the nighttime entertainment activities could be improved a bit. Additionally, it would be helpful to train the train drivers to inform passengers about the route and ensure they remain focused during the ride. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily return!"

"We really enjoyed our time at Bahia Principe Luxury Ambar. The facilities and amenities are great, including offering daily events. The restaurants on site are good too with great staff and service (although the meals can be a bit slow). Beach and pool were well-kept. The rooms were not up to standard of a 5-star resort, but we really appreciated how timely and responsive housekeeping was and is. The food is also decent and what you'd expect at a resort, but not phenomenal. "
