We were privileged to have Daniel (Dan The Man) as our butler for our stay. He made our trip one to remember. He was attentive to our all of our needs and made sure we didn’t have to worry about anything. Seeing my wife smile from the dinner setup he made happen for us was everything. "This is one of the premier resorts in the Dominican Republic. I highly recommend this resort if you are looking to have fun! There is always something to do here or you can just relax and not be bothered! The beach does have quite a lot of locals trying to sell you something though! We had a leak in our air conditioner and it was fixed immediately upon sending in the repair request to concierge, otherwise the room was quiet and cool! The staff are for the most part very upbeat and excited to assist! I recommend booking your dinners for the week upon arrival as dinner time slots go fast. We did not have any negative dinner experiences however the buffets are hit and miss(to be expected at all inclusive). "
