"Overall good food. Excellent service. ALL staff has an eye for excellence in service. Beautiful beach and good drinks. Kids club was very fun for our 5 year old. Room was comfortable and clean but the bathroom is in need of a lil upgrade- the tiles are looking tired and gives an impression of not being too clean. My other complaint is the desserts throughout (from the coffee shop to the restaurants) are very, very bad. They should really change some dessert providers. There’s only two pools...

"The hotel is sprawling and difficult to navigate immediately post check-in. Construction work is currently being undertaken and the persistent noise of drilling is extremely annoying. When booking I was not made aware of this. Some of the onsite restaurants are not as good as others onsite. The staff are friendly, helpful and will go the extra mile. I would certainly recommend this hotel and will probably return in the future. "

"This was our 12th visit to the property and it continues to amaze us. The food continues to improve and the theme night shows are light years better than any other resort. The beach white gold all night party was amazing. We stayed in our favorite room (1721) and laughed, danced and enjoyed a quick Thanksgiving break. Special thanks to our favorite bar tender who we found in the sports bar Israel, and Marco and Darys at the front desk. "

"The food was very good at all restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. There are many areas that require some degree of repair that are not being addressed: cracked tile by the kids pool tables with bad sharp edges, no fence or net around the 4th floor tennis court or basketball court so there's only a 4' wall for the ball to go over. There are pergolas taped off around the kids water park and down by the lower pool. The cost of a taxi into Puerto Morales is now $40 each way, 2 years ago...
