"Everything was great about the hotel except the front desk agent who promised a small gift to be sent to the room for my daughter’s 10th birthday but she never did. My daughter was disappointed as the agent lied to her. Next time it’s better to not say anything and just process the normal check-in without asking too many questions. "

"The hotel was exceeding our expectations. We spend one week as family with one hold 7 years old I can say one of the best vacations. The hotel employees were making their best to make all customers happy and comfortable. The restaurants options was great and meets all our requirements. There were huge number of activities that my child love it. I can’t say more than the hotel was the best choice for this vacation "

"The hotel itself is beautiful and very nice. Service is excellent as well as the staff being friendly and helpful. The junior suite was nice. The negatives are the TV reception, room wifi, and the food. All the channels had distorted picture which made watching movies unbearable. WiFi also was spotty unless you were in the lobby. Overall regarding food, the quality of the meats is poor: hamburger, steak, sandwich meats, fish, and even the pizzas are bad. Went to the Mexican restaurant on site...
