"I liked that the layout and style of the buildings. Only 3 stories high made it feel more secluded and not like a big resort complex. Also, the architecture looks more traditional to the area than some of those big resort complexes. Being on the beach was a plus in addition to the 2 pools. "Location is very walkable to the city amenities. Grounds are well kept. If you like a very hard bed, then this is the place for you. We really struggled with it. The villas are lovely and roomy… but the thatch roof is not sound proof at all and there’s a lot of traffic noise at night, barking dogs and music in the area into the night. Housekeeping missed our room one day, but overall were efficient. Fernando at the desk is fabulous, friendly and helpful. "
