"Furniture was falling apart (dining chair) and broke upon sitting down. Was wobbly and could tell it was repaired using a nail that wasn’t meant for that chair. Communication was horrible, check in was a disaster, nobody knew what was going on and couldn’t find our booking. "The house was pretty and spacious. Overall, it could have used minor upkeep through the property. The exterior cushions had no padding anymore and the table outside was almost collapsed. Most concerning was the rope on the stairway was dislodged from the first tread, and where the second floating tred attached to the wall it was actually loose and swayed when you stepped on it. "Lovely location. Wonderful pool. Check in process was easy. Seth and Sibley were easy to communicate with and responsive to any question or concern. Quite spacious and clean. The large open doors on the deck helped to cool the place down. But did get a little damp on wetter days with the ocean spray getting blown in. Even on those days with the deck doors closed, the ceiling fans kept the place cool. Would stay again. "

"Definitely worth the price! The hotel is beautiful and you cannot beat the free breakfast. Get the chilaquiles! The rooftop is also very fun and we loved the plunge pools. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. We only had one problem with the water leaking out of the shower area into the outside kitchen area, even with the door shut. Hopefully they fix the door to the shower so it doesn’t keep happening. Overall, a great stay"

"Elements is located very close to everything you need. You can walk to the centre of Tulum, restaurants, 15 minutes to the beach via bike, shopping and tours are all very convenient. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, informative and helpful. Great experience."

"Grand Sirenis has the staff ever! in guest services Karen, Juan and Erik went over and beyond to help out on a couple issues we had. not to mention the manager Edgar P. He was a million places at once. He assisted with our restaurant reservations and helped my mom out when she slipped. This team is definitely a caring and thoughtful group. we also had phenomenal service from Merwin at the Butcher restaurant. very attentive. i will be coming back in march to visit all my favorite staff! Since my last stay 3 years ago, this resort has been completely renovated and updated. The food is top notch now and there are so many fine dining options. There is tons of comfortable seating everywhere. The lobby bar makes the best espresso martinis as well. There is also a lunch at the beach daily, they cook ribeye steaks, chicken, chorizo and much more. it’s so fresh and seasoned to perfection. i could go on and on but we will be back. "
