Upon arrival they appeared to have double booked their hotelrooms so even though we already paid for everything we had to spend the whole day looking for another place to stay. The alternative they offered was a hotel in the city center far away from the beach and nothing like the experience we were looking for. "Belle propriete apaisante si vous cherchez a etre immergé dans la jungle .. Assez dur a trouver et organisation pas top mais qui s’ameliorera avec le temps.. Il faut aimer la nature et les insectes . Le personnel est tres gentil et l’environnement apaisant. Je vous conseille d’appeler pour confirmer votre reservation avant d’y aller. Les chambres sont tres jolies. Les lits confortables"

"Perfect place to stay for the night before visiting the Coba ruins, cenotes, or on your way to Chicin Itza. Owner host is very friendly and accommodating. Property is clean and quiet, and everything worked great. As a side note, pool was under maintenance when we stayed, so may be worth checking to see if it is up and running if you plan on using it (we weren't going to use it so did not affect our stay). "

"Didnt get to stay got there no one was at the reception place is nothing to do with a hotel has a bad aspect dosnt look in good conditions and the location no good a person that stays there saw me looking for someone and he toldme that the person in charge left and be back probably next day and that this is all the time so i am very disapoint but in a way haply because i didnt like that place at all "

"The central location on akumal is great. There is plenty to do here without needing a car....bike or golf cart recommended though."

"This is an apartment not a hotel. The room is tastefully decorated and has a decent bathroom. The building entrance is on an unpaved alley that is not well lit in the evening. There were mouse or rat droppings outside the door, though no evidence of them in the room. It is located on a busy highway, with large trucks that can cause the windows to rattle. This is about 15 minute walk from where the nice restaurants in Tulum are located and about a 30 minute bike ride to the beach area."

"Javier was so friendly. The Aunty who makes breakfast was also super sweet. The two of them made us feel very welcome. The room was nice and clean. Probably one of the nicest budget places I've stayed. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. We love you Javier!"
