"I REALLY enjoyed my stay at Turquoise. Diego was very friendly and was available anytime you needed him. My room was clean and comfortable and was a beautiful aesthetic. The pool, and dining area..oh everything was just perfect and calming. Only 5 mins away from the bus terminal for travellers and a lot of walking distance shops around. There is a bar/restaurant literally across if you want to go out for a drink. As my first time in Tulum, the hotel made me want to come back in the future and...

"We stayed at the 3 bedroom penthouse, it’s gorgeous, really nice decorated and the views are amazing but we couldn’t take a shower or go to the pool because there was no towels , we called the office and they brought them later but just the shower towels , no hand or pool towels. the first night one of the bedrooms a/c was not working , next day the property manager kind of fixed , it didn’t cool the bedroom enough , still warm but the worst part it’s the road to get there it is almost...
