"This was the best Fairmont I’ve stayed at to date. They were extremely attentive, remembered me from day to day, the personal touch goes a long way. I get that it’s a higher end hotel, but for me I’m willing to pay the extra money to get that level of service. Rooms were updated, harbor view rooms have a great view of seaplanes which is an added bonus. Fairmont amenities are always top notch. "

"The hotel service is really great! They have very knowledgeable and friendly staff on duty. Courtesy château drivers are very helpful and friendly too. The only thing I would suggest is make sure the bath tub is well cleaned before next guest check in. I found some hair on hot tub. Other than that, everything is fine. Nita Lake Lodge is great place to stay."

"Excellent service, feels like they are one family. Beautiful location and Bachus restaurant is amazing. We were there in November and the Christmas lights were on, it was magical. They offered us a warm apple cider upon arrival - nice touch. The only downside is parking (valet only and quite pricey, but that’s the same everywhere in Vancouver downtown). We will definitely stay here again. "
