Enjoyed our stay. Our room was neat, clean. Even happier to have been upgraded to a suite. Spacious bathroom. No complaints. staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the casino attached to the hotel. Highly recommend the River Rock Hotel. I would stay here again

Overall, it was a great stay! The only disadvantage was the current renovations on the restaurant downstairs. There were other food options located in the casino, but children aren’t allowed in there, so that limited eating on site. The swimming pool door also didn’t work with hotel key, so that was inconvenient. Will be staying there again!

Our room had old dirty towels hung up in the shower from a previous guest. When I told the front desk they told me that they would notify house cleaning. Nobody ever came, no discount was offered, no other room was offered.
