"We had an individual who was smoking on our floor repeatedly however they did talk to him and were aware of the situation when we made a complaint to the front desk. While that is never an ideal hotel experience and it was disruptive to our stay for the three days (as it was fairly consistent amount of stale smoke in the hallway) while we were there it hopefully is not the norm as the staff seemed concerned. "
