Great hotel close to Rogers Arena! While a bit pricey and not the most modern, the location is unbeatable. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient for events. Would stay again for the proximity!

The hotel is a great walking distance from Roger’s Arena and the restaurant downstairs is convenient and has great food. 4 stars because the staff was welcoming, the bed was comfortable and the room quiet but the bathroom could use some upkeep as far as the shower and cosmetics go. All in all, a satisfactory stay again

Pool stopped working while we were there. Rooms were not only tiny, but filthy. Found a dead cockroach and someone’s used ear plug on the floor. The elevator needs someone to check on it as the floor you select isn’t the floor you always end up - unnecessary adventures! All the place needs is a very thorough cleaning and some paint to make it look a little less like a backpackers hostel. Location is great though and the front desk staff were good. The rooms straight up suck.

Both elevators were not working properly during our stay. One was permanently stuck on floor 2 and the other refused to open on our floor (floor 5). We would have to get off on another floor and use the stairs to get to our floor. Also the staircases were locked at the lobby level so you couldn’t avoid the elevators even if you wanted to. Our room had no hot water in the morning so we had to take freezing cold showers. Our room smelled like damp mold. Overall I would not recommend. The staff were very nice, but there were not enough employees for the amount of people they had staying there.

My daughters and I stayed here for the Taylor swift concert. They did a great job adding TS vibe for the swifty's, including a taylor swift xmas tree, friendship bracelet making in the lobby. The hotel was awewome and made it possible for a very early check in for us. Only down fall was that house keeping didn't make it to our room over our two night stay.
