"The front desk service from Adam was absolutely incredible, he went above and beyond. The room was clean for the most part and the bed was comfortable. The rooms are a little outdated and could use a little love. Getting ahold of the front desk was almost impossible without going downstairs and figuring out the WiFi was complicated. "Perfect location for a quick trip to Vancouver. The staff was so nice and accommodating. I had no issues checking in and we were able to check out super early in the morning. Had a really cool view of the city from the Penthouse level. Clean. Great price for a great place. "
