"We stayed in a King Suite and it was a perfect little apartment with everything we needed to be comfortable- two adults and a teen. The hot tub and sauna were amazing to come back to after a day of exploring the rainy beaches and forests. Ucluelet is an adorable town. We will stay here again on our next trip to the area."

"It close to food places. I travel for business and it is close to major roadways. Close to fuel station with electric chargers. Very clean. The kitchenette has everything you need for cooking a meal with full fridge for left overs. Bathroom is clean with towels provided. Door codes allows for trouble free checkin. Great place. Hope to stay there again."

"Beautiful view from the cute little terrace. It’s in a fabulous location near a strip of restaurants that included a wonderful coffee shop (Laura’s) and amazing pizza (Emelia’s). Like the best!!! A short walk for those in shape to the main beach area, pier and restaurants. The room had coffee, creamers, wine glasses, opener, fridge. Unfortunately, it’s furnishings are dated otherwise it would be a 5. "

"Great place, and the pictures - at least for my suite - accurately show the suite. I come to Vancouver for work a great deal, and this will definitely be my preferred place going forward. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Steps from Cambie St - your main conduit into downtown Vancouver. "

"If I could rate this accommodation out of 100 it would get 100. Angela ( she is an Angel) and Wally could not be more helpful and flexible. Very kind and caring people. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The hotel exceeded my expectations in all areas. My stay there was beyond comfortable. The facilities take you back in time, beautifully decorated. Check in was a breeze. Squeaky clean. Comfy bed. Location was perfect. Continental breakfast delicious....

"Great gem for the off season However I would say our neighbours in the room next door were heard lets just say a little too well after 11.30pm/12am Only other thing I think the property should consider is the wall between bathroom and living space. There is a hole here on purpose so you can see the view from the bathtub. But I advise "perspex or glass" instead of the gap/blinds because im afraid like with any bathroom, a smell will almost certainly carry into the main room "

"This was our first time at this hotel, we truly enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon. The drive up from Seattle was easy to get there in 3 hours. The front desk agent was very friendly and upgraded our room to the East Tower with the most amazing lakefront view. Parking is in the back of the building and is free with your stay at the hotel. The hot spring pools were hot and amazing. My favorite one was the indoor circle hot tub. The minerals really helped heal my skin. I also appreciated the adults only pool away from the kid friendly pools. We ate dinner at the island bar on the main floor of the hotel because the restaurant upstairs was closed that evening. Had the beef burger on the potato bun and it was absolutely delicious! Best burger and fries I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this hotel. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience at this hotel. The location of this hotel has safe and walkable streets to nearby shops, restaurants and to the beachfront lake. The hot spring pools alone make this trip worth the stay. Already planning to book my next stay at this hotel. If you want the most amazing view, the cost in the East Tower is worth every penny! "

"Excellent property décor was not modern but of a timels quality that will never go out of fashion,room was large and well appointed with bathrobes and slippers ,staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely use again, located in downtown region places of interest were easily walkable "
