"A nice hotel. Patking entrance can be tricky with the access very congested when buses are running. Staff are wonderful and friendly. We enjoyed shopping and eating in the market and nearby restaurants. Easy access to downtown by water taxi saved time and trouble getting to meetings. The main elevator was down while we were leaving there. Staff offered to find maintenance to operate another one but we had no time and fortunately just one small bag to take down stairs. "
