This is 2nd time This hotel. We arrived hotel at 3:00pm but room was not ready. We wait 35 minutes and then went to room. This is 2nd time experience. When I stay long time ago room was not ready too. 2nd time stay hotel felt not professional, not friendly not for family.

Every single staff you came across in every corner will politely greet you with a smile or good morning or evening . Rooms are very well soundproof, beds are very comfortable and bathroom is impeccably clean . Plus it is within easy walking access to public transports and all the name brand hotels are within a block or two away so lots of coffee shops and restaurants at different price ranges . Overall we are very happy with our stay .

We have previously stayed at the Paradox and enjoyed it. This time we had a 4 night stay. I had booked an Executive King months previously and was placed in an Executive King Accessible room which wasn’t ideal at all (my husband is 6’3” and all the mirrors and control panels were at waist height. They never told us this at check in. We were then told by our bellman when he came to the room with our luggage that this wasn’t an accessible room (clearly it was) as he didn’t bother to look at the bathroom. We ended up having to demand to move and they upgraded us to a Paradox King which was good - but this should have been automatic with my Expedia VIP booking. Later on we asked for a late check out past noon and they said they’d give us 30 minutes. Wouldn’t tell us if we could have it until 1:00 pm. When asked if she could speak to her manager right away, the woman at front desk played coy and wouldn’t say when she’d speak with him. Needless to say that was insulting. We have a number of corporate travellers at the firm where I work and I don’t know that I’d recommend the Paradox unless they get people who have more common sense and understand true hospitality service.
