"Good hotel typical from the APA resorts, there is an onsen which makes it very relaxing after a day walking. There is also a breakfast option. The hotel is 5 min walk from Otsuka station. Please note that this is pretty much a residential neighbourhood, so there is little to see around. You will have to take te the Yamanote Line to get you to the main areas. However there a some good restaurants around."
