Everything was amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful with the check in/check out process. The room was cleaned every three days, which was very nice. Loved it here. Definitely will stay again

Generous size twin room by Japan standard. Location was stand out as a mere 10 min walk to closest station, numerous options to dine out. Breakfast was good and efficient, you can always get a table and the staff works super hard and always kind and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it. Thank you!

I came into Tokyo with the expectation that hotel rooms are generally smaller than what Westerners are accustomed to but that’s ok. We spent most of our day sightseeing and dining out, only coming back to our room to sleep. Breakfast buffet was good. Hotel was very close to Shinjuku station and within walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants.

Hotel is great location, quiet yet central to Shinjuku, which gets very busy and crowded. My only major complaint with the facility is the room HVAC system. No matter what setting you try (Auto, Heat, Cool, Dry, Blow) or temp setting (between 19-28C) it operates binary: Nothing, no air or blows freezing air. I had to constantly turn it on and off. Maybe in the heat of summer you will be fine with the AC on all the time. But the varying temps in Mid-November made this a challenge. Everything else was fine to good.

Prime spot in the heart of Shinjuku. Close to stations, restaurants, shopping. Everything is walking distance. Main lobby has all the toiletries you may need. Staff is English speaking which is nice when you get overwhelmed for the day. Very helpful in checking in and when sending luggage to next destination. Only cons if any, bed & pillows were quite stiff...so I know some ppl won't be adapt to that. And room ac and mini fridge weren't as cold as they could be. But definitely would stay here again..

Clean, comfortable bed, location doesn't get any better being 5 mins from Shinjuku Station West entrance crossing a very picturesque outdoor plaza. The area is not as intense as Kabukicho, but yet there was still a Shake Shack 2 mins away. This was the ideal spot being just on the border of the extremely high traffic zone. Pay per use washing machines on multiple floors were useful, and you can check their status through the TV.

This was the perfect hotel for a stay in Shinjuku. While the rooms are typically small as in most Japanese hotels, they are stylish clean and well appointed. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Close to all transportation and lots of shopping and dining. The Airport Limousine Bus service to Narita and Haneda stop at the hotel.

The room size is small...had to put our luggage on the bed to unpack/repack. Liked the personal care packets (lotions, toothbrush/toothpaste, comb/hairbrush shaver, etc) offerred in the lobby. The limousine bus from HND dropped us off right outside the lobby. Short walks to dining, coffee shops, shopping, train stations. We did not eat in the restaurant downstairs, however, Eggslut/Boul'ange (breakfast) is located around the corner which was so good that we ate their two days in a row. I recommend this hotel.

Hotel is super convenient, but rooms are small and not in the best condition. Staff were generally helpful when we had multiple boxes and luggage sent to the property, but we found that they were nicer when they realised my partner was Japanese. I am guessing they've been dealing with some difficult foreign guests and a bit of exhaustion has set in.
