"Amazing location and staff. The hotel was only a 2 minute walk away from the station, where you can easily take the Yamanote line to go to other areas of Tokyo. The area around the hotel is very walkable as well, with food places and things to see and do. My one issue with the hotel is that there is no individual A/C in rooms. Many locals and businessmen staying in the hotel prefer warm temperatures, but as a Canadian the room was rather hot for me, even in a t-shirt and shorts. Other than...

"I was given a room on the 7th floor on the main building. On the first night, there was only one other lady in the 6-pax dorm with me, and I think the 2 other rooms next door were empty. On the second night, there was also just another lady with the same room as me. But I think maybe one other occupant in another room. Overall it was a comfortable and safe stay. "Great location just 10 min walk from c6 exit at ikebukuro station on the west side. West side is quieter than east side which is great for accommodation. Staff were friendly and accommodating. There is a coin laundry around the corner open 24 hours which is convenient. We stayed in a twin bed room and it was one of the largest rooms I've stayed in a hotel in japan. I would stay here again."

"You just can’t beat the general location of this hotel. It’s a 10-minute walk from the train station but it’s a nice walk with various stores and restaurants along the way. Our only gripe was the wait for elevators in the mornings…easily a 10-15 minute wait every morning to leave your floor. Other than that one detail, we would definitely consider staying here again."

"Beautiful hotel with many amenities in the room. We booked an East wing family room for my family of three. It was very large with three twin size beds, a couch, a table with two chairs and two stools. Very clean and quiet. We stayed for seven nights so we felt very comfortable there. Staff was kind and attentive. Helped us send our bags to a different city. Two convenience stores and a Starbucks nearby. "
