"Very happy with our choice with this hotel. Staff were so nice and helpful. Clean, comfortable room with pretty much any convenience you would need - lots of plugs/shelving in bed headboard, charger to borrow, toothbrushes, slippers. Shower was a nice rain shower head. The laundry facilities were great - 8 washer/dryer combos, where you put in a code so only you can get your laundry out, and you can use the television in your room to see real-time updates for the time left on your cycle (so you don’t have to stay there). They even had a microwave available near the laundry room. The neighbourhood was nice, clean and quiet. Starbucks, Family Mart, 7-11 and pharmacy all steps from the hotel. Few minutes walk to two subway stations. Recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"This was my second stay here and it was just as good as the first time. It was a shorter stay but I very much enjoyed it. It’s in such a great area. It can be a little bit noisy from everything happening outside, but it is to be expected for the location. It definitely doesn’t keep you awake or wake you up. It was a shame that the restaurant was closed (I think for renovations, which is nice) because I really enjoyed having breakfast there last time I stayed. I would definitely stay here again, the location is just perfect and I love that there is a 7 eleven right next to the hotel entrance, it’s so handy!"

"Although about 30 minutes from central Tokyo the hotel is still very convenient. Ikebukuro Station has various train and subway options making it easy to get to Shinjuku and other major hubs. The hotel was clean, safe and quiet and the staff is helpful and professional. We were upgraded to a spacious room on the 22nd floor and we were very pleased with our accommodations. We also liked having the airport limousine bus stop at the hotel. Makes getting from and to the airport very easy. Thank you for a great stay. "

"Great stay, located next to the Tokyo dome, so easy access to several train stations. Very clean hotel and rooms, we were in a Premium room with two full beds and a lot of space for luggage and to move around. The breakfast buffet was OK, crowded. There are better options for breakfast in Tokyo or save the stomach space for lunch and snacks. Overall highly recommend this hotel."

"We loved everything about this hotel including its location. Their lunch buffet was amazing. The only complaint I have is that some of their front desk staff speak very little English, and it was very difficult to communicate with them even with Google Translate."
