This property was nice. The view of Times Square from our room was amazing. However, the room was hot, we tried to turn on the air and it went up to 85 degrees. We had to open the windows turn off the thermostat and it only got down to 78 degrees. If they can regulate the room temperature I would give it 5 stars.

Staff was very friendly. Didn’t have a problem the first few days, however one day coming back in after being out most of the day we smelled an odor. It smelled like sewage? Little by little it got worse so I called front desk. They immediately changed my room and also came to check. The smell had gone away but I was very appreciative that they still came to investigate and make sure all is well. The hotel is close to time square, restaurants, basically whatever you need literally less than 5 min walk. We had a great time and will use this hotel again.

This is a top hotel. Modern chic with lovely lounge music at lobby/bar area. Great views at certain rooms. At least three very good restaurants on same block. The 1 subway station is conveniently a block away.

My entire family stayed here the 2nd week of January. My husband, my mom and our 2 kids enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. There was one gentleman that worked behind the desk that gave both of my kids coloring books and crayons. Anytime I needed anything I would talk with him.
