"Wonderful hotel. Easy access to shops, attractions. Excellent rooms, showers, all impressive. Excellent service, great food in the restaurant. However, we could not use the patio due to the great many nearby Times Square restaurant exhausts. The smell of cooking oil was unbearable. And it also seeped through in the room. Regrettably, won't choose Chatwal again."

"The location is spot on but at times it is evident that the place needs a lot of work. My room card stopped working several times and on one occasion I had to wait at reception for 15 mins before someone was available to assist me. The staff are polite and professional but when you have a doorman and a luggage attendant stood around doing nothing while other guests are trying to be seen at reception it’s a little disappointing.
