Overall it’s a good place. The rooms are more than spacious and comfortable. Breakfast it’s ok, not too many options but enough. What I did not like was that the hotel has too many rooms and the dining area was too crowded as it wasn’t big enough, the same for the reception area and the elevators. Eve though everyone was friendly we didn’t get any help to bring the luggage to the room and also at the check out. We had to move the luggage car by ourselves and as the reception and elevator where crowded was a bit complicated to move in thru with everything. But in general, we had a very pleasant stay.

Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Quiet, which is hard to get in NY!! Great location. 4 day stay didn't see housekeeping, but didn't really need it. Breakfast is really good and a great perk.

The hotel rooms are good. the lobby is crowded and elevators seem little for the traffic. breakfast is always very crowded. People even sit in the lobby for breakfast. the area around the hotel even though it is very close to time square is not clean or nice. there are always a lot of people doing shady stuff in what looks to be a drug selling point. at night the Walt to the hotel doesn't fell totally safe.
