Overall, a wonderful stay! The convenience of the location can’t be beat. Short walk to Times Square and the subway. This is my 2nd stay at The Muse and I’d certainly stay here again.

Location is great. Going in December was never going to be cheap. Clean, big room, right in the heart of things. No bar, coffee runs out a lot, no restaurant. No bar and no restaurant didn’t matter once I had got my mind around it- just go out somewhere local. But it’s best hood a g good room in the heart of things.

The real highlight of our stay at the Muse was the staff. Each one of them were welcoming, helpful, and seem to enjoy being with people. The rooms were clean, modern and well-appointed. The shower was great! I particularly appreciated the option of requesting an early check-in prior to arrival. We are taking a redeye from the West Coast and really needed to take a quick break before we headed out into the city while we didn’t need it, you can also request a late check out ahead of time and know ahead of time whether you can be accommodated. There’s a charge for both, but well worth it if you need the additional benefit.

The Muse is conveniently located to Radio City Hall, Times Square, Broadway and Rockefeller Center. The doorman was extremely informative about the area and went out of his way to accommodate us. Two women traveling alone and never felt unsafe or uncomfortable in our walking to all of these attractions. Well-managed and accommodating place to stay while in NYC.. will stay here every time.

Very near Times Square. Housekeeping was bad during our stay - they finally arrived at about 5pm when we had been out all day while we were resting and couldn't come back another time. We asked for non-feather pillows, they brought more feather pillows. Second time housekeeping came they took dirty towels but didn't leave any to replace them.
