"We had an excellent experience at TRS and will definitely be going back. All the facilities and grounds were attractive, neat and well maintained. the shuttle service worked well as the resort is quite spread out. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The infinity pool and TRS beach looked great and had beautiful views. The staff at TRS are excellent. Everyone is attentive and friendly and seem genuinely interested in making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Karen & Ramiro at El Gaucho and Areli, Cindy & Cesar at La Boheme were standouts as were the meals. However, all the TRS restaurants had excellent staff and food. Initially there was an issue with our dinner reservation the first night, however Jonathan resolved the situation immediately. He also went out of his way to ensure our dining experiences were special the rest of our stay. At the beach bar Lucianna, Marcos & Marco made sure everyone was well taken care of. Also the attendants were always on hand to get towels or help set up umbrellas…etc., often responding even before being asked. The past few years we have been to several similarly priced resort in the area and TRS Yucatan is the one we will go back to. "

"First of all, I just want to say that every staff member here was great. We had two butlers assigned to our room, not including housekeeping and the person that restocks our fridge and snacks. We kept in touch with our two butlers by the Whatsup app. Any questions or needs that came up we just sent a text and one of our butlers would take care of everything. We missed a few of the activities and dinners we scheduled because we overbooked and had too many things to do. The staff kindly waived all of our cancellation fees even though we didn't give much notice. Also, the place is beautiful along with all of the parks too. We went to Xcarte, Xel Hal, Xplorer and Xsenses. We loved them all! The food at all of the restaurants was delicious. The actives and shows were all a lot of fun too. I'm already planning a trip back and it hasn't even been 2 months yet! "
