"Great resort! Food is good and fresh a 4 stars for me not a 5 stars. But since the resort is so nice, clean and the staff friendly and helpful the food is very acceptable. They also have a great choice of a la carte restaurants and La Fleur is an excellent one. The beach is beautiful, lots of shade, water shoes are useful since the bottom is rocky in some area. And the coaties were not a problem, they had a lot less around than when I first visited 5 years ago. We had a great time!!"

"The room was beautiful, clean and updated. Pools and amenities were great. Staff was lovely and very friendly! This is a large resort and the trolley system works very well. The reservation system required for several of the restaurants (specifically sushi restaurant) was not efficient. If you want to go to the sushi restaurant you literally have to get in a single-file line BEFORE 8am, and stand there for an hour to hopefully make a reservation. I have no intentions of spending my vacation...

"The hotel is fantastic, everything is new ,staff is very friendly, the show that they have for kids are fantastic, but the food is not that good and the service for drinks at the park and restaurants it takes a while, I also ask for two life jackets for my kid so they can enjoy the pool in front of my room and they said I need 1 hour and a half, and they never call us back for the life jacket , they apologized for the life jacket.
