"First off, the property is beyond gorgeous and the staff was attentive and so kind. I was all set to leave a fantastic review about how peaceful and tranquil this oasis in the jungle was- BUT the serene and beautiful pool was overrun with loud groups (each had their own rap music speakers blasting) … I don’t know if they were daypass holders or guests but they ruined the atmosphere and I was disappointed the staff did nothing. "

"Nature is perfect I Like it but they charge me for Breakfast food and Juices that 1st server said were included in the package, after the fact they change their mind and charge me for the free Items list that was indicated from the beginning, indicating that from the original list some items were still chargeable. No good they need proper training and be honest from the beginning with clients. ether it is free or not??? Very confused and upset we decided not to go back to have breakfast. "

"Amazing property, amazing property owner. Will book again! The tree house hammock was amazing. This was not a traditional hotel, but i expected that. It was a fair distance unpaved and off road (pot holes on the road, but it is all new construction) to get to the location from the front gateway area. The property was clean, quiet, and nicely put together. It is in the forest, you do have to remember to bring "off bug spray", and you have to know that other guests can hear you if you are too...

"I loved everything about this place! If you are looking for a legit eco lodge experience, this is the place. It’s just far enough from all the hustle and bustle of Tulum. Nestled in the mangrove jungle, surrounded by exotic fauna and wildlife. The grounds are stunning and well kept and the lodge was stocked with every amenity one could think of. "This place is amazing! Pavlina is an amazing host and she has created a little piece of paradise in the jungle. Each cabana is unique and beautiful. This place is also kid friendly and our 4 year old son loved it. On the last night, Pavlina made a delicious meal over an open fire. Three Americans, two Frenchman, a French family, two Italians and Pavlina (Czech Republic and Tulum) spent a beautiful night night talking, eating, drinking and having fun. We will return!!"

"It was a truly wonderful experience! I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning views. The staff was amazing, with Raul leaving a special impression on our hearts—he really went above and beyond. The facilities, including the gym and meditation spaces, were excellent. I also appreciated the beach shuttle to nearby beach clubs. Niki at the front desk was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation. Overall, a fantastic stay that I highly recommend!"
