Upon arrival they appeared to have double booked their hotelrooms so even though we already paid for everything we had to spend the whole day looking for another place to stay. The alternative they offered was a hotel in the city center far away from the beach and nothing like the experience we were looking for. "El sitio en si es espectacular, el diseño, la limpieza, y todas las facilidades están genial, las piscinas de la comunidad y las instalaciones están súper bien, lo único es que es indispensable tener coche o mínimo moto para los desplazamientos. "

"This is an apartment not a hotel. The room is tastefully decorated and has a decent bathroom. The building entrance is on an unpaved alley that is not well lit in the evening. There were mouse or rat droppings outside the door, though no evidence of them in the room. It is located on a busy highway, with large trucks that can cause the windows to rattle. This is about 15 minute walk from where the nice restaurants in Tulum are located and about a 30 minute bike ride to the beach area."

"This hotel beat my expectations. Such a cute, simple and clean beachfront property. Staff was extremely accommodating and answered any questions for us. Besides being directly on the beach, it is very close to many good bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and will book again if I am back in Tulum. "
