"This is our 4 th visit to the property. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the value is incredible. We stayed in the adult only section and it is amazing. The staff was on top of things and we were served efficiently. The buffets were good offering lots of options. We do totally wish the ala cart restaurant reservation option was different. They reset at midnight and if you don’t select then you are out of luck! We tried every morning and once at 3:30 a.m but no luck. This resort is beautiful and we saw so many animals. We would highly recommend to others"

"Safe and friendly resort. We went with our family and felt extremely comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Didn’t worry about the kids. Everyone was welcoming. Grounds were well maintained and the resort was clean. Yes there was some erosion to the beaches but they were still very enjoyable and with many public beaches within walking or biking distance we did not feel we missed out. There’s lots to do at the resort for all ages. Many options for day excursions near by including Tulum, snorkeling and Rio Secreto."

"this was an awesome first vacation for my boyfriend and i! the resort was smaller, two pools and small beach access, but we were still able to do something different each day! the beach is not very swimable, there are lots of rocks but the beach bar is lovely to sit at and watch locals fish in the shallow water. the all inclusive food/drinks were awesome! we didn’t do many dinners here, we walked to the 5th ave shopping street that had a lot more options, but thinking about the money we saved on food/drinks during the day it made it worth it to go out at night! the staff and service was amazing, the cleaners, bartenders, waiters were all so nice and friendly. Would absolutely recommend this property!"

"This was our 3rd time. The only thing we didn't like was the pressure to buy into their membership (time share) This will not detour us from going back. The property, workers, food, beach and just the whole resort is what keeps us going back. "
