"Very clean and nice resort. Loved being able to hop on the shuttle to Universal parks with NO wait time. Renting a car inside the resort was very easy also."

"I loved how close we were to Universal parks/City Walk. I also loved the amenities provided at the hotel such as pool, splash pad, lazy river and slide as well as arcade and bowling alley. I didn't like the check in process, it was a long wait just to check in(I understand it was spring break which tends to be extra busy in Florida, but I feel like it could be more streamlined, felt underwhelmed compared to check in process at Disney hotels). The staff was wonderful though, Meredith, who checked me in was really nice/helpful and even upgraded us to a suite, which was a lovely surprise."
