"My husband and I wanted to do something different for Thanksgiving after losing both his parents at the beginning of the year. Our children had work obligations. This cabin was just what we needed. We wanted to relax, watch football with the fireplace going, and hang with our dog. Late November does not do the stunningly maintained yard justice and I am sure it is gorgeous in Spring and Summer. "This cabin was great! It was exactly as depicted in the pictures. The cabin was very clean and very well stocked with everything you could think of. It was nice to be able to sit on the balcony and listen to the little creek run by the cabin. I also sat in the screened in porch on the rocker and read a book. I really wish we could've enjoyed it a little longer. Our vacation was interrupted by the flooding and Hurricane Helene, so we did not get to enjoy the hot tub or the trail behind the cabin....

"We were looking for a weekend away and this cabin definitely provided that! Amazing views, all the amenities needed for a weekend in. Wonderful getaway that allows you to forget the world while remaining close enough to things that you can experience the surrounding areas. Apart from a few cars in the drives down the mountain, we were able to forget about others and relax for a wonderful weekend. "

"The resort is very nice. Everything was clean and fresh. We like the room design ("wooden" walls make the atmosphere very cozy, and there are lots of interesting details in the room design overall). We visited the pool and spa zone late evening. The water in the pool is warm which is very beneficial when staying with kids. The sauna is hot and works well. Open 9 am-10pm. The lodge is 10 min away from ski resport."

"We had the best week celebrating our anniversary! We used every amenity at the cabin (fire pit, hot tub, massage table, games, etc), hiked on the property with our dogs, saw the bison feeding and learned all about them, and saw lots of other animals. Cheryl and Jeff were awesome and super helpful! We would love to visit again!!!"

"The place was just as described and easy to find. Even though it’s in a neighborhood it felt very private. Exceptionally clean and set up perfect for a place to hang out and sleep when we weren’t touring the area. Will definitely re-book the next time we’re headed to Asheville."
