"We have been there three times now, and are always sad to leave. The resort is very nice the people are so friendly and helpful. We met senor Javier the customer service manager I think. He was so incredibly helpful dealing with our room issue. The guy is a treasure indeed. He always was very interested in how we were enjoying our time there. We loved the room and the view we had of the ocean. The servers at the restaurants never seemed to have a bad day. I had some interactions with front desk...

"We loved Velas! The property was stunning, impeccably kept up. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful and location was great. Very close to the airport was lovely on our departure day and a taxi into town was not bad. Will definitely go again. "

"Our stay at Club Regina was very enjoyable. The only issue we had was the a/c in the room seemed to make it more humid and musty smelling when we used it. We shut it off and ended up just opening windows in the day and using the ceiling fans. I’d say the filters probably need changing and maybe an overhaul of the whole system, but we worked around it and had a great stay anyhow! We love the beach access, the pool areas, and the landscaping of the property…and the proximity to the Marina. "
