The Westin Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta

4.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (1004)
"This was our first stay at the Westin AND WE WILL BE BACK! The resort is directly across the street from the Marina which offers many, many dining options. The pools are beautiful (although I hate getting up early to claim pool chairs with a towel but such is life in Mexico). The beach is small but walkable and beautiful. The room was clean with a nice partial ocean view. Restaurants on property are so-so but again there are better choices across the street at the Marina. Can't wait to go back!"

Melia Puerto Vallarta - All inclusive

3.5 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very Good, (1005)
"Property layout was fabulous! Open welcoming and beautiful! The staff in the buffet was fabulous! FOOD AT THE BUFFET WAS FABULOUS! Our 4 kiddos ate very well for the week! The taco restaurant was not a good experience, terrible food and we were stuck in there for almost 2 hours. We did not eat at the fish restaurant. The pool snack bar was pretty good, but Needs chips, pico and guacamole! This was the staple we were missing! The pool was kept very well clean and comfortable temperature!...
