"I upgraded to a nicer room, and it was amazing. The upgrade fee was not that much. The room had a living room and kitchen. I also had a view of the ocean. It was very relaxing. I also was able to get laundry done. The person who cleaned my room left untreated in the room, too. It was a great place! "

The negatives we experienced were upon check in after a long day of travel you are pulled aside by “concierge” to try and get you into their version of a timeshare.
