"Amazing stay for us. Went as a couple and had a wonderful stay for a week. Food and drinks were amazing for an all-inclusive resort. I am celiac and they were very accommodating to my food allergy requests and every meal asked if there were any food allergies. Resort is also not very big which we enjoyed having a more intimate setting, unlike the bigger resorts in Mexico. Nightlife was somewhat lacking, but we were not very upset about this. Not as many families we saw at this resort, more couples and an older demographic, but everyone was incredibly friendly and we met many couples and groups over the course of our stay. "

"Esmeralda at the check-in counter has excellent customer service skills! She was helpful, conscientious and knowledgeable. We asked for an ocean view upgrade and, while it was a little more costly per day, we were grateful for the wonderful views. An added plus was the beautiful pink flowers on our balcony. "

"Booked at the Tropicana for the first time because we stayed next door last year and fell in LOVE with the neighborhood. I knew we would be near the beach and all my favorite restaurants but I didn’t know that this hotel also had its own beach club and restaurant for guests! We were *blessed* with a poolside ground floor room (if you can request a room In the teens you will not be disappointed) that had a super comfy bed and pillows. We met other guests who stay here every year and know the long term staff like they were family. We didn’t have to communicate much with the staff but every time we did they were wonderfully hospitable and kind, going above and beyond every step of the way. My friend was sensitive to the musky smell the humidity cause on the linens in the room, so we kept our air conditioner on the whole stay. Since construction was over, our stay was pretty quiet: from the bathroom ventilation you could hear the service station upstairs, but generally the guests at the poolside were quite quiet and respectful. 10/10 would stay here again!"

"Absolutely amazing time. Completely exceeded our expectations. The On-Site restaurants were outstanding. Don Quijote was our favorite, but the other 3 were very good. The Los Arcos Lunch was fabulous, the Taco Bar is a must visit(Thank You Jesus for great Service). Le Fuente offered a great buffet overall, Breakfast Omelet Station was fantastic. The Activity staff(Anahi, Denise, Isabel, Fernando) did not pressure you but were the most entertaining people of our whole trip. The Resort was super clean and the staff was always attentive to our needs. Thank you for an Outstanding Vacation....We will be back."
