"It's a very beautiful two bedroom two bathroom unit. On the 4th floor so you have a nice ocean view from the balcony.. rooftop pool is exquisite. With nice service at their pool. Interestingly enough no closet in the second bedroom.bedroom whi is weird."

Bring binoculars and groceries and bevies, as limited shopping and no working bar/ cafe on site. Wonderful get away and part of the Bay of Banderas that must be seen. Unit’s listing details are accurate. Highly recommended if you want to,’vanish’ for a few days. "

"The place was very clean. It was located in the heart of all the action of downtown Sayulita It was so noisy at night. But the location to the beach was great. There was a rager on Friday night that went till 6 AM with loud techno music next-door. We slept with the earplugs and for the most part that was OK. "We had a best time in Punta Mita. From the beautiful picturesque condo to the brand new pool we enjoyed it all! The ocean was like a lake, so calm without any large waves. My kids boogie boarded and paddle boarded every day, swam in the pool and walked/played along the beach. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We were very close to restaurant row so we walked to breakfast and dinner every day. There’s so much more to say, but overall it was a fantastic trip. My kids are 8 and 6 and...

"We were looking for a week of rest and relaxation. Condo was beautiful, very clean and well appointed. Playa Royale was very relaxing, nice pool/spa. Food next door (though delivered to pool or beach) was quite good and staff very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay."

"First the view and closeness to the ocean is beautiful...5 stars for sure. The condo is nice and roomy and the king bed was comfy. The twin beds were hard.The pools and deck were well maintained. The whole building was clean. We did have a few issues, that the property manager, Irma, remedied very quickly. She was great!!!
