"I love the look and feel of the Paper Collective, which is cool and fun. I didn't love that the pillows offer not head support (and when I asked for more pillows, it had to be multiple times), the smallness of the shower that caused flooding all the time, or the rudeness of the front desk staff. I will say the maintenance and housekeeping staff were gems -- friendly, attentive, and overall wonderful. The bar or restaurant was never open, so I can't weigh in on that. "We usually go to this hotel for bussiness. This time an elevador malfunction and one of our students got stock for some time at the elevator and had a pánic attack. This is not the first time they have problems with the elevador. Tgey should replace them."
