"From check in to check out we enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable and the location can't be beat. It is 2 blocks from the Metro station and 1 stop to Manhattan. It isn't super fancy, but it is a great place to stay and a very good value. "

"Location was great, hotel has it charms. Unfortunately they have some issues. Beds very poor conditions, sunk in areas, they most be very old or cheap. Toilet leaks, Shower completely clogged we had to request plunger so that my husband can try to fix it. shower curtains smell bad. and had securities issues local man gather in front entrance talking load and staying long hours there, didn't like that at all."

"Easy location to get to Manhattan. Train stations nearby. Nearby deli for snacks. Good food from the on site restaurant and helpful shop at the front desk for emergency needs. The staff was all wonderful! The room was clean. "

"When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel had been shut down. And a couple hours before I arrived, i got an email from expedia which said that my reservation had been cancelled, so i reaches out to expedia travel agent at the expedia apps. And I informed the agent regarding the email, and the agent said that my reservation still on going and they sent me recofirmation and they said that I will not have any problem and just go directly to the hotel. And I went as told to the hotel and arrived there....

"The hotel is basic, but it gets the basics right. Very affordable hotel in NYC with great access to public transit. As long as you’re not expecting the Ritz Carlton, you will be fine."
