"I love the look and feel of the Paper Collective, which is cool and fun. I didn't love that the pillows offer not head support (and when I asked for more pillows, it had to be multiple times), the smallness of the shower that caused flooding all the time, or the rudeness of the front desk staff. I will say the maintenance and housekeeping staff were gems -- friendly, attentive, and overall wonderful. The bar or restaurant was never open, so I can't weigh in on that. "Had a lovely experience here overall. The dining option was great. My girls loved the breakfast every morning and even snacks and dinner options. Hotel area was very walkable. Close to multiple subway stations as we ride the subway a lot. Market in the same block which was convenient. I would stay here again! "
