Reception said we should have reported but didn’t really grasp that we came in from evening at theatre at 11.30 and went straight to bed. We were not going to ring at 12.30 in the morning for maintenance or move rooms. Didn’t sleep all night so maybe we should have but you always think you will drop off don’t you. I simply don’t believe this was the first time they have been told "

Room was well equipped and big enough to spread out for a family. Quick walk to a couple of underground stations and then just minutes to all the sites in the London area. Several pubs and restaurants around to enjoy a nice dinner and drinks before walking back through nice little neighborhoods and parks. "
