"Really beautiful hotel - I’ve stayed here twice now and loved it both times. It will always be my go-to when booking a trip to London. The staff are all so attentive and seem genuinely happy in their work. I’ve not met a single rude or miserable member of staff while staying here. They are all welcoming and can’t do enough for you. The only thing I would suggest, and need to try to remember myself next time, is to see if there is a room available away from the lift. Both times I’ve stayed here, my room has been directly across from the lift so this can be noisy when people get out. It doesn’t disturb you through the night, and it wasn’t a problem I felt I needed to raise at the time, but next time I think I’d ask for a room further away just for that extra bit of comfort. Again, it isn’t like a cheap hotel where you are woken up through the night by drunk people coming and going, so you won’t be disturbed by it too much. Absolutely wonderful hotel!"

"Very happy with the location and the standard of accommodation for the price paid. Staff were welcoming and attentive. In the bar/restaurant the food was simple but of good quality. We enjoyed the fish and chips. The room was adequately sized for our requirements. Some of the finishing touches/maintenance to the bathroom was a bit messy, but then I work in construction. Overall though would recommend and would stay again."

"We showed up early and paid for an ewrly check-in. The guy at the check-in desk was very polite, professional, and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It's in a great location as well. The pool and spa area is very nice. I would absolutely stay there again. "
