"We had a lovely stay and the food was amazing! We ate in the domes in the evening and the atmosphere and food were perfect. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. I did feel they were a little disorganised, i emailed previously to request early check in and although this was not promised they said they would do everything in their power to accommodate and that this request would be noted. "This was a birthday and Christmas treat so was lovely to be given an upgrade and the extra touch of a plate with Happy Birthday and 3 delicious little cakes on. Everything about our stay was perfect, staff, cleanliness, comfort etc. "

"Room was nice and all the facilities. Shower door went inward soaking it in water, shower leaked water to the outside. BIG ISSUE WAS I DID NOT GET THE ROOM I PAID. I BOOKED THIS HOTEL PURELY FOR ROOM THAT WAS PICTURED and got a very different room. NOT IMP"
