This is the only hotel I stay at when visiting London. Are there other hotels? Yes. But, where else will you get such service and the convenience cannot be beat. The staff is wonderful and the hotel is very comfortable and more importantly in a safe area.

I loved the classiness of the property and how I was greeted when I arrived. The hotel was really clean. The only thing that bothered me was that in my room, every time i walked, the floorboards creaked. And there was this random banging sound I kept hearing throughout the night. I was only there for 2 nights. I fell asleep through it on the first night but on the 2nd night, I was in my room for a longer period of time so I heard it more. I also was checking out in the morning so I didnt see a point in complaining about it. But I should have said something so they could figure out where the noise was coming from. That way the next guest wouldnt have to feel on edge while they are in their room.

Nice hotel, located steps from the Gloucester Rd tube station. Room was in good condition, well taken care of and the hotel itself was quiet and comfortable. Small double room is the perfect size for a solo traveller and I would book here again

We had an amazing stay at the beautiful Bailey's Hotel. Literally steps away from Gloucester Station, it was very convenient for traveling around the city. The hotel is stunning in decor, clean and very comfortable. The staff were wonderfully kind, helpful and gracious. I would definitely recommend this incredible hotel.
