"As a millennium member I chose the hotel for its convenience to shops restaurants and travel options. Especially to access from M4. It’s a busy hotel with people coming to register throughout the day. It sometimes gets congested with the volume of residents especially at breakfast time. Nevertheless it is a viable option due to its proximity to all the above options."

"Good location, great staff and breakfast was good. I found the room spacy and that was perfect for my stay. Otherwise I found it a bit dusty in some areas, the floor wasn't 100% ok in my opinion. And regarding the kitchen part, I'd say that some kitchen utensils weren't fully clean, same for the oven grill. So it was disturbing, considering I visted other flat/hotel complexes in London, and this one being a Mariott. I did not request cleaning services during my stay, but I assume those points...
