"We were given an upgrade on arrival and found ourselves in very comfortable accommodation with excellent facilities which extended our options and allowed us to make the most of our stay. We had stayed before in more standard accommodation and found it satisfactory but the additions that the upgrade gave us were excellent. "Cancelled our break with only 2 weeks notice! Very difficult to rebook with such short notice around the Christmas period! "

On top of that, she gave me a room that did not exist at all. I went to the floor as she stated and the room number did not exist. I then had to go back to reception and the other receptionist told me the room did not exist. It took around 20-25mins to sort this out and the lack of customer service was evident.
