"Great hotel that was easy to find. Very close to earls court tube station which was great for exploring London. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. The bathroom was overall clean but the shower itself had a bit of limescale and the smaller shower head didnt stay up but the bigger head worked perfectly. Good value for money overall. "

We had two empty bottles of gin in the drawer. We didnt want to bother sense it was a single single night. The sink had two shirt tags in the drain and i got them out when we first ran the sink. "Saint James hostel is a welcoming place to stay. It gives you the feel of a family home, with its very friendly and helpful staff who connect with guests. The hostel offers free breakfast and free dinner. They organise events and games to entertain. They even have a happiness manager! Tosh does a great job whether he is cooking dinner, making popcorn or organising a game for the guests. I recommend trying it if visiting London. "

"A great little hotel. Very good value for your money. Don’t expect the ritz, just appreciate a warm, clean room which is conveniently located. Breakfast included too, which again was a complete bargain and very tasty. Loads of continental offerings, drinks and decent fresh coffee. I will always book here to work in the area. "Considering we had to pay a £500 deposit for our 2 night stay, we were disappointed in the standard of the accommodation. Set on a busy main road it’s pretty noisy at night but understand this can’t be helped. There was rubbish under the bed, scuffs all over the walls and door frames, thin pillows & duvet & shower kept running cold. "Staff friendly and helpful but ruined by the lady that checked me in who was distinctly rude and unhelpful. Property clean and well maintained but terrible ordour in bathroom (self contained0. Had to leave window open in winter and repeatedly spray with body spray when going in. need strong air freshner but better solve the issue causing the strong sewer smell. "
