"We had to make changes to the number of people in our room and the manager in turn (John) was extremely helpful and made our stay very comfortable and at a good price. Overall is a good hotel and features for the price. I would stay at this hotel again."

"Stayed in twin room with a friend, first Room 3028 was not suitable for sharing in my opinion. The room was very small, the twin beds pushed together because there was not enough room to separate them, shower room with toilet was on the side with a sliding door about 2 feet from the one of the beds which meant the toilet was approx 3 feet or so away when sleeping or resting. The sliding door gave no privacy. I would suggest this room is a single room only because of this issue. We asked to be...

"This hotel is in a fabulous location only 5 minutes walk away from the tube station giving you access to all of London. Museums and the Royal Albert Hall are also nearby. Plenty of restaurants and places to eat around the hotel as well as two mini supermarkets should you want anything. Would definitely stay here again."
