"Everything was quite fine for what would amount to my 10th half-week stay at this hotel. That is, with one exception: the housekeeping crew were a bit too eager in their cleaning of my room after my night. They removed all the food I had stored in the minifridge, and removed all my personal items left in the bath, incl. new toothbrush and toothpaste. They must have thought I had already checked out! I was able to obtain temporary toiletries from the Reception Desk, but still needed to shop for...

"The hotel reception was large and inviting. The staff were very welcoming and service with a smile. The room was very clean, just a little dated in parts. Would have liked a walk in shower. However was informed all rooms have baths. If you like a deep bath then this hotel would be ideal for you. We would stay here again if staying in the area for a short stay"

"Great location and best breakfast"

"The room was in the basement it was cold and the heating didn’t work properly. The window didn’t shut properly so we got maintenance to sort it out but it was still cold in there. The bar was closed on Mondays which didn’t help. The breakfast had cold plates and was very meagre and quite honestly we won’t be returning. We like a decent room and a decent breakfast the hotel failed on both accounts. The staff however were very nice. 😊 "

"Hotel staff all excellent and very friendly and helpful. Room insufficiently sound proofed - excessive noise from next room continued until 4 am - affected our sleep. "
