"The room was deceiving from when you book it. I thought we booked a classic hotel, yet our room was like the Comfort Inn. There were birds outside our window that were extremely loud. The windows could use a good cleaning, they were filthy. The concierge was delightful, but the other staff could use some lessons in friendliness. "

"Wish I saw there was no elevator. It was super tough walking up and down stairs with three big suitcases. The cot was just that, a cot, and it could not have been more uncomfortable. "The room was considerably larger than what the photos illustrate. The location is great and in a very quiet neighborhood, but still within a 5 minute walk to the nearest Tube station. There is a Sainsbury grocery just around the corner that has all the basics you might need. Good restaurants are numerous and close, not to mention a wonderful one downstairs."
