"Another good stay, we originally started staying here for the location (very close to the Albert Hall) but now choose this when we come to London Great friendly service, and the hotel has a lot of character - its not a modern hotel so expect a few quirks and small rooms, but the decor is nice and fitting with the period Room was hot this time, but we could open a window to get some fresh air. "

"Lovely staff. Emails prior to stay not responded to which i would expect of a hotel of this standard; all sorted at check in though. Missed a proper hotel bar when we returned after spending the day out. Drinks are served in the restaurant.
