Lovely hotel at great price. Was given an upgrade to a suite which was amazing and a very welcome surprise on checking in. Such a fun place to stay. And very comfortable. Bedroom was very clean and bathroom had an awesome heated floor. If I were to make any suggestions it would be to provide more than 2 tiny sachets of milk for the coffee machine and for shower caps to be available. But really, if that’s it? Wow!

The staff were great and always very friendly! The room was a good size and great location for everything in South Kensington. However, the room did not retain warmth very well, the provided electric heater was not powerful enough to warm the room, nor was the central heating system which we had to set to 30 degrees c for it to pump out air that had a hint of warmth. The room also lacked bedside lights, which would have been nice so that we could read without the use of the bright main light.

Overall, the hotel is clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff and a convenient location that offers easy access. However, I did experience an issue with the noise from the ventilation system (not the A/C) in my room, which was quite loud and made it challenging to sleep at night.

This hotel was perfect for spending a night within London and not being too expensive. Decoration is fantastic and the room was ideal. Comfy bed and there was a bath and a shower in our bathroom, which was good. The only thing I would say is the shower temperature was lukewarm because they have a lock to make it hotter. I did inform reception so hopefully they will speak to management to get this looked into, otherwise great stay and would recommend.

All the staff we dealt with were exceptional, couldn't have asked for better service. The hotel is beautifully decorated with some very unique features, you can tell they've really thought out the box and about the guest experience
